INTEGRATION

ACA offers a complete methodology for ISIE software implementation projects. This methodology is based on its project experience and is adapted to the various deployment contexts.

The integration services are provided by the ACA teams which have both strong skills in relation to the ISIE product and significant business skills. Various profiles are proposed on the basis of the project scope and the customer’s choice of organisation.

ACA can support its customers throughout the various stages of the ISIE product implementation project, on the basis of their expectations:

  • Installation and integration in the customer’s IS

MAINTENANCE

ACA attaches a great deal of importance to the support and maintenance agreements offered to its clients:

  • Curative maintenance: leadtimes for assessing and correcting anomalies
  • Upgrade maintenance: provision of any major new version of the ISIE software package
  • Telephone assistance

ACA can also intervene as an expert either with the customer’s team or with an integrator: training, assistance and audit services.

ISIE is a software package that can be easily mastered by in-house teams. The purpose of ACA’s interventions is to make the in-house teams autonomous as quickly as possible both on the maintenance of the interfaces implemented and on the completion of new flows using ISIE.

ACA offers its customers a Third-Party Application Maintenance service at the end of the first project rolled out: interventions in the form of coupons on the basis of the requirements and the problems encountered by the in-house teams.
