ACA becomes ACA, a Cegid Company

Press release

Paris, 1 April 2021 – Cegid, a specialist in management solutions for accounting, tax, payroll and human resources, ERP and retail professionals, has today announced the finalisation of its acquisition of ACA.

Cegid announced its intention to acquire ACA on 17 March, and has today confirmed that the purchase is now complete.

A French company founded in 1989 and based in Paris, ACA is an independent software publisher that specialises in business cash flow management (Thétys and CashSolve), accounting and financial flow management (ISIE) and also has a management solution for the insurance industry (ASSUREX). With its particularly innovative cloud solutions, ACA offers a complete service to its clients by combining their functional scalability requirements with the guaranteed stability and robustness of its solutions.

Thanks to its SaaS solutions and the expertise of its experienced staff who provide a very high level of service, ACA now publishes solutions that are widely recognised among finance departments and have already won over 350 prestigious clients across many industries. ACA’s portfolio of solutions will also soon be marketed to Cegid’s clients as a natural addition to their current solution.

‘We are delighted to have finalised the acquisition of ACA and to welcome Jean-Baptiste Auzou, Managing Director, and the company’s hundred or so employees to our team’, said Pascal Houillon, CEO of Cegid. ‘With the acquisition of ACA, Cegid is adding significantly to its cash flow and cash management solutions for the finance departments of medium and large businesses. This reinforces its expansion in the area of financial flows’.
