ALEX MAIL helps you to design, produce and distribute the various documents used by an organisation.

ALEX MAIL ensures communication with all of your internal and external partners. Based on market-standard office applications such as Word and Excel, etc., it is configured quickly and easily.

ALEX MAIL enables you to :

• design documents easily and distribute them through various channels,
• produce large volumes of documents,
• and restore information in various common formats.

ALEX MAIL is composed of three modules :

• Designer: It enables the user to organise  the various elements constituting the target texts and articles,  and to design document templates
• Production: It enables the user to creat e various text documents, based on the created templates and on the application data, and to place them  in the enterprise communication processes.
ALEX CHECKS : It enables the user to generate specific documents such as check letters as well as the accounting links that result  from them.

This latter module enables  you to :

• manage bank accounts
• perform all necessary controls during the check letters generation process
• edit all the different parts of the check (including the CMC7 strip),
• ensure the security of the check printing workflow.
