Wishing to respond to its customers’ needs and wishing to export its expertise, ACA has identified the internationalisation of its activities as a key strategic opportunity for growth. The company has therefore undertaken a structural approach to achieving this objective.
Focus:
ACA is pursuing a gradual, indirect, and focused strategy. As a first step, the companie’s strategy is focused on the German-speaking countries and on the ISIE software solution.
ACA thus is in the process of building up a channel of high-level partners – integrators, consultants, VAR and software editors, to support this approach as well as prospects and clients, locally. In parallel, other areas will be gradually opened according to customer needs and opportunities that may arise.
This means:
ACA is undertaking a voluntary strategy involving the implementation of a global communication around ISIE, and staging local promotions that reinforce the company’s visibility and that of its partners (through participation in the IT&BUSINESS trade fair in Stuttgart, and in CEBIT in Hanover, etc.), not to mention providing them with important support in the sales, implementation and after-sales processes.
As regards SAP Business All-in-One, ACA supports its customers around the world: Germany, Sweden, Benelux, Romania, Slovakia, Asia, USA, Brazil, North Africa.
The company has put in place a real structure for tracking projects and customers in order to support our customers in the lifecycle of their SAP implementation abroad.
